Step One
Click on the gray "Search" bar.
Step Two
Choose the type of search you wish to perform: "Quick Search" Map Search" "Address" or "Advanced Search"
For Quick Search -
Choose city first. Then choose housing type, min or max price, number of bedrooms. Click on the gray "Search" bar.
For Map Search -
Use the "+" or "-" to adjust search size.`Use your mouse to move the map by "grabbing the map" Left click and hold while moving mouse.
To View Properties-
"Scroll over" the blue dot and if you want, you can select "View Detail"
For Address/MLS Search -
If you know a property address that is listed for sale and is not in escrow you can enter the address or the MLS info and see the property.
For Advanced Search -
Fill in the info and click on the gray "Search" bar.
Easiest Way to Check Comps -
Choose an active property with similar square footage. If it a house you are interested in, enter the house address you are interested in. Find a home in the neighborhood that is for sale and not in escrow now.
Click on the property, then "View Detail".
Next click on "Recent Sales of Nearby Homes." This will be your comps.
If you are thinking of selling, and if you want to check comps for your own personal house, find a home in the neighborhood that is for sale and not in escrow that is similar to yours.

How to "Get Email Updates."
Choose your search details i.e city, price, type of home etc. and then click on the gray "Search" bar. a new menu will pop up with "Get Email Updates." click on it and you will receive automatic email updates as homes get listed. |
